Am I liable for any harm my tenants cause?

The guest certificate from the resort releases all liability from you to the renter.

Is this an annual enrollment?

There is annual enrollment, but it is dependent on what membership tier you're involved with. It should also be noted, when you sign up for our program you can authorize as many points as you would like on an annual basis. You always have the option to pause the rental of your timeshare points at any time.

How is Points Payment Management able to guarantee offers from businesses?

Simply put, the demand is there. To ensure we're able to offer such guarantees we also never reach out to vacation owners about this option unless the need is already there. 

Can I reclaim any points after I’ve authorized to sell them?

Yes,  but we do our best to rent your points as quickly as possible, so please check with us. Our clients may also borrow points for the following year for reservations.

What assurances do I have that my extra weeks rental offers will go as promised?

We not only provide a 180 day guarantee, but everything is also backed and secured for you, the vacation owner via an online legal contract through Panda Docs. This contract lays out everything discussed and agreed upon, and nothing can be done until you've agreed to the terms and provide your signature.
